摘要
目的 为了建立A1,2 BO1,2 血型系统基因分型的方法 ,以检测人群中A1、A2 、B、O1、O2 基因的频率。方法 采用盐析法进行样品DNA的抽提 ,采用PCR SSP法进行A1,2 BO1,2 血型基因分型。结果 15 8例中A1,2 BO1,2 系统基因频率分别是A1为 18 7% ,A2 为 0 6 % ,B为 17 4% ,O1为 6 2 3% ,O2 为 0 9%。结论 该方法可鉴定出A1,2 BO1,2 血型系统基因 ,中国人群中存在O2 基因。
Objective:In order to establish A 1,2 BO 1,2 genotyping methods and detect the gene frequency of A 1、A 2、B、O 1、O 2 in the Chinese population.Methods:Sample DNA is adopted the salting out methods,the A 1,2 BO 1,2 genotyping by PCR sequence specific primer.Results:The frequency of A 1,A 2,B,O 1,O 2 were 18 7%,0 6%,17 4%,62 3%,0 9% respectively in the population.Conclusion:It was suggested that the PCR-SSP method can detect the A 1,2 BO 1,2 genotype and there was O 2 gene in the Chinese Population.
