摘要
目的:利用层次分析法科学评价医院后勤部门的岗位权重,由此获得岗位系数。方法:通过构建评价指标体系,用德尔斐法和层次分析法对指标进行权重确定。结果:层次分析法的评价结果能将各评价对象的差异进行量化。结论:层次分析法是一种适合建立医院后勤岗位体系及岗位系数的统计分析工具。
Objective: The paper evaluated the position importance for hospital logistics departments by using the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ). Methods: The indicator system of evaluating performanee was constructed by clustering analysis to confirm the weighting coefficient of evaluation indicator by Delphi method and AHP. Results: The AHP method can quantize the difference of hospital logistics departments. Conclusion: The AHP is a statistical method for hospital logistics departments.
