摘要
目的:应用ISO9001质量管理体系构建医院后勤管理标准操作程序,为建立医院后勤绩效考核体系奠定基础。方法:运用文献查阅、关键人物访谈、ISO9001质量管理工具制定医院后勤管理标准作业流程。结果:应用ISO9001质量管理体系这项基础性的管理工具,开展后勤管理标准操作程序构建,取得了满意的效果。结论:管理者善于运用管理工具,对管理工具优点加以灵活应用,并与其他管理工具互为补充,成为解决管理问题的新途径。
Objective: To build the performance evaluation system for hospital logistics by the IS09001 quality management system and to lay the foundation for constructing the performance evaluation system. Methods: Literature review, key person interviews and IS09001 quality management tools were used to construct the standardized operating procedure of hospital logistics management. Results: Constructing the standardized operating procedure of hospital logistics management has achieved satisfactory effects. Conclusion: Applying and integrating management tools have become the new way for solving management problems.
