摘要 研究发现活性氧与男性不育具有一定相关性,如何预防过量活性氧的产生和清除过量的活性氧是近年研究的热点之一。该文主要综述活性氧对精子的生理及病理作用、精液活性氧的来源及检测方法、活性氧对辅助生殖的影响等方面的相关研究进展。 The study has found that reactive oxygen species has certain correlation with male infertility. How to prevent excessive generation of reactive oxygen species and remove excessive reactive oxygen species is one of the hot spot of the research in recent years. This article reviews the research progress on the effect of reactive oxygen spe- cies on sperm physiology and pathology, the source and detection methods of the semen reactive oxygen species, the effect of reactive oxygen species on assisted reproduction and so on.
