摘要
目的:探讨应对方式在生活事件与生命意义感之间的作用机制。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表、应对方式问卷和大学生生命意义感量表对广东省不同高校650名大学生进行抽样问卷调查。结果:(1)大学生生命意义感水平较高,主要生活事件为学习压力和人际关系,应付方式以积极应对为主;(2)生活事件、不成熟应对、应对方式与生命意义感呈显著负相关,成熟应对与生命意义感呈显著正相关;(3)成熟应对方式对生命意义感有正向预测作用,生活事件、不成熟应对方式对生命意义感有负向预测作用;(4)应对方式在生活事件和生命意义感之间起着部分中介的作用,其中,不成熟应对方式的中介效应显著,成熟应对方式的中介效应不显著。
Investigation of 650 college students by the form of questionnaire has been done to study the relationship between their life event,coping style and meaning of life.The results indicate that:(1) The perception of meaning of life of college students is lying in middle level.The primary life events are "learning stress" and "relationship".The college students' coping styles are positive.(2) There is significant negative correlation with Life events,negative coping styles and meaning of life.Positive coping styles are positively correlated with meaning of life.(3) Positive coping styles can predict students' stress reaction positively.Life events,negative coping styles can do negatively.(4) Coping styles have partial mediating effect between life events and meaning of life.Negative coping styles have significant mediating effect and positive coping styles have no significant effect.
