摘要
川西水平井分段压裂效果主要与储层物性、水平井筒方向、砂体展布和地应力方向、平均单段加砂量和平均砂比、分段数量和间距等密切相关。孔隙度和渗透率高、水平井筒在有利砂体展布范围内与最小水平主应力方向一致、平均单段加砂量大、平均砂比高,则压后产量高;反之,则压后产量低,甚至无产能。分段数在8段以内和间距在120m以内时,压后天然气产能增加,但分段数超过8段和间距超过120m时,压后天然气产量减小。因此,川西水平井井筒应部署在储层物性好的有利砂体展布范围内,且水平井筒方向应尽可能与最小水平主应力方向一致,并合理增加分段压裂的单段砂量、平均砂比及合理控制分段数和间距,以尽可能提高水平井分段压裂的增产效果。
For horizontal wells in western Sichuan Basin,the staged-fracturing effect is mainly related to some conditions,such as physical properties of reservoir,direction of horizontal wellbore,sandbody distribution,direction of ground stress,average sand volume for every stage,average sand ratio,and staged number and distance.High deliverability may be obtained after fracturing if a horizontal well possesses following factors,including high porosity and permeability of reservoir,the same direction of both minimum horizontal principle stress and placed horizontal wellbore within the distribution scope of favorable sandbody,high average sand volume for every stage,and high average sand ratio.Otherwise,without these factors will result in low or very little deliverability though fracturing.Moreover,gas production may increase after fracturing if staged number and distance are within 8 and 120 m;it may decrease if exceeded.So,the factors should be taken into consideration in order to improve the staged fracturing of horizontal wells as possible.
