摘要
针对新疆克拉玛依风城油田浅层稠油在长期的蒸汽吞吐开发过程中出现地表汽窜的问题,通过研究分析首次采用电位监测法对汽窜通道进行模拟,寻找关键通道和节点位置;同时研制了一种高温封堵剂,室内实验表明,其抗温可达260℃,抗压强度可达8.0MPa,具有优良的封堵效果。通过对关键节点井实施封堵施工,对汽窜通道实施有效封堵,达到解决地表汽窜问题。对现场封堵施工情况和封堵治理前后电位图的分析比较,验证了电位监测法在模拟汽窜通道、寻找关键井方面的准确性,可利用其大幅度地提高封堵效果。
In Fengcheng oilfield,Karamay,a problem of ground steam channeling may appear during long-term development of shallow heavy-oil reservoir.In this study,many measures are made to solve this problem,including to simulate the channels by potential monitor,to search for the key channel and node position plugged,and to develop the high-temperature plugging agent with better effect(temperature resistance and compressive strength up to 260℃ and 8.0 MPa,respectively).Moreover,an analysis on potential maps before and after plugging measures shows that potential monitor can not only be used to simulate channels and find out key wells accurately,but also improve plugging effect remarkably.
