摘要 目的:探讨电化学发光法(ECLI)与放射免疫法(RIA)在检测血清甲状腺激素结果的可靠性及方法学的便利性上是否更具优势,以提供甲状腺素的临床价值。方法:选择我院2012年1-10月门诊及住院患者血清标本200例,分别用ECLI与RIA法进行测定,比较2种方法检测血清甲状腺激素(FT3、FT4、TSH)的线性范围、相关性及精密度。结果:ECLI的线性范围宽于RIA,精密度高于RIA。2种方法具有良好的相关性。结论:2种方法检测检验效果相同,但是ECLI方法简单,线性范围宽,重复性好,精密度高,更适合临床采用。 Objective: To investigate the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLl)and radioimmunoassay(RIA) in the reliability and convenience of the method of serum thyroid hormone detection study is more advantage to provide the clinical value of thyroxine for clinical. Methods: In our hospital outpatient and inpatient patients 200 cases, were measured by radioimmunoassay and the electrochemical luminescence method, serum thyroid hormone in the comparison of the two methods(FT3, FT4, TSH)linear range, correlation and precision. Results: The chemiluminescence detection of serum FT3, FT4, TSH wide linear range by radioimmunoassay, two methods for detection of serum FT3, FT4, TSH have a good correlation, electrochemiluminescence detection of serum FT3, FT4, TSH precision is higher than that of rad!oimmunoassay. Conclusion:Electrochemiluminescence detection of serum thyroxine and radioimmunoassay- to test the effect of the same, but the electrochemical luminescence assay method is simple, wide linear range, good repeatability, high precision, more suitable for clinical use.
