摘要 随着胃肠道影像学诊断技术的飞速发展,胃部肿瘤的影像学诊断准确率不断提高,诊断范畴也不断扩大。多排螺旋CT、磁共振成像、超声内镜检查、经腹超声检查、正电子发射体层成像(positron emission tomography,PET)、PET/CT等检查技术已广泛应用于胃部肿瘤的诊断、分期、疗效评估等方面,但胃的常规内镜活检及术后病理仍是诊断胃部肿瘤的金标准,在临床中常需要结合多种影像学检查方法才能全面准确的诊断疾病,从而指导临床选择合理的治疗方式。 With the rapid development of the medical imaging diagnostic techniques for gastrointestinal diseases, the diagnostic accuracy rate of stomach tumor has been constantly improved as well as the diagnostic category expanded unceasingly. Multi-slice spiral CT, MRI, EUS, transabdominal ultrasound, PET, PET/CT and other inspection techniques have been widely used for the diagnosis, staging and assessment of treatment efficacy of stomach tumor. However, the stomach routine endoscopic biopsy and postoperative pathology are still the golden standard tbr diagnosis of stomach tumor. Multiple imaging methods require to be combined to get comprehensive information to diagnose the diseases, and to guide the clinic to select the reasonable treatment.
