摘要
当前我国创意农业正处于发展的起步阶段,亟需加大金融支持力度。但创意农业发展进程中的金融支持往往受到创意农业自身发展特点以及国家相关政策等多种因素的影响。本研究基于文献分析,形成了由13个维度和47项指标构成的影响因素分析框架,并采用问卷调查法,对影响创意农业金融支持的因素进行了数量研究。调查结果显示,基础设施、领导、控制、产业、财务、营销和文化对创意农业金融支持绩效有显著的正向影响,而政策法规、社会中介组织、社会信任、决策、组织、资源对创意农业金融支持绩效有影响但不显著。基于调查结果,本研究提出,改善外部环境的基础设施、加强金融机构的管控能力、提升创意农业组织的经营水平,是提高创意农业金融支持绩效的有效途径。
It is urgent to provide financial support for creative agriculture, which is just in the early stges of its development. However, the financial support for creative agriculture is often affected by many kinds of factors such as its own features and national policies and so on. Based on the analysis of literature, this study formed a framework constituted by 13 dimensions and 47 indexes of the influencing factors on financial support for creative agriculture, and then adopted the method of questionnaire. The results of this study showed that, infrastructure, leadership, control, industry, finance, marketing and culture have significant positive influence on the performance of financial support for creative agriculture, and the policies and regula- tions, social intermediary organizations, social trust, decision-making, organization, resource have not sig- nificant impact on the performance of financial support for creative agriculture. This study made a suggestion that to improve the infrastructure, strengthen control ability of financial institutions, and promote the management of the creative agriculture organization, are effective measures of facilitating financial support for creative agriculture.
