摘要
采用稀释平板法,从辽宁省大连海域海泥中分离筛选具有抑菌活性的稀有放线菌小单孢菌属菌种,并依据多相分类方法确定该菌的分类地位.结果表明:分离得到1株具有广谱抗菌活性的小单孢菌种;16SrRNA基因的系统发育分析结果表明,该菌与Micromonospora marine sp.nov(99.652%)亲缘关系最近,且生理生化结果与Micromonospora marine sp.nov相一致;根据形态特征、培养特征、化学分类特征以及16SrRNA基因序列系统发育分析,确定该菌为Micromonospora marina sp.nov;该菌对金黄色葡萄球菌、弯曲假单孢菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、尖刀镰孢菌均具有抑菌活性.
Agar plate dilution method was used to carry out isolation,and the taxonomic position was determined using a polyphasic approach for an antimicrobial strain collected from sea mud collected from Dalian Xingang in Liaoning province.The results showed that a strain was isolated with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity.Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequence revealed a close relationship between strain MN10 and Micromonospora marine sp.nov(99.652%).Physiological and biochemical tests showed that strain MN10 coincided with its closest phylogenetic neighbour Micromonospora marine sp.nov.On the basis of the morphological and cultural characteristics,chemotaxonomic characteristics,phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequence,strain MN10 should be classified in Micromonospora marine sp.nov.The antimicrobial activity of the strain MN10 was revealed against Staphyloccocus aureus,Pseudomonas geniculata,Bacillus subtills and Fusarium oxysporum,respectively.
