摘要
用滤纸片法测定不同浓度、不同pH值番茄碱溶液对鱼害粘球菌、荧光假单胞茵、嗜水气单胞茵和水霉的抑菌活性,结果显示,pH6.5-7.0番茄碱溶液对鱼害粘球菌的抑菌活性较强,质量浓度对其影响不明显;pH6.5~7.7条件下不同浓度番茄碱溶液对荧光假单胞菌的抑菌活性均弱;pH7.0番茄碱溶液对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌活性较强,质量浓度对其影响较小;pH6.5~7.0番茄碱溶液对水霉的抑菌活性很强,与质量浓度呈正相关性,说明番茄碱是一种很好的抵抗水产养殖中水霉菌的天然活性物质。
The antibacterial activities of tomatine to Myxococcu spiscola sp.nov, Pseu- domonas fluorescens, Aeromonas hydrophila and Saprolegnia are studied in this paper.The results are as follows: the antibacterial activity oftomatine in these conditions pH=(6.5 -7.0) is strong to Myxococcu spiscola sp.nov and isn't affected by the concentration, the antibacterial activity is weak to Pseudomonas fluorescens in these conditions pH= (6.5 - 7.7)and concentration (0.05mg/mL-1.0mg/mL, the antibacterial activity is strong to Aeromonas hydrophila in the condition pH=7.0 and incorrelate with the concentration, but the antibacterial activity is stronger to Saprolegnia than these three bacteria in these conditions pH= (6.5 - 7.0) and positively correlated with concentration. In conclusion, tomatine is a good type of natural active substance which can inhibit Saprolegnia effectively in aquaclture.
