摘要
介绍了甲基丙烯酸甲酯的四种合成方法,即乙烯法、异丁烯法、丙酮氰醇法和改进丙酮氰醇法,对其优缺点进行了分析。并介绍了甲基丙烯酸甲酯的应用领域和市场情况,提出了目前我国甲基丙烯酸甲酯发展存在的问题,建议企业应该优化生产工艺和开发高质量产品。
Four kinds of methyl methacrylate production processes were introduced, which were ethylene process, isobutylene process, acetone cyanohydrin process and improved acetone cyanohydrin process. The relative merits of these four processes were also evaluated. The application and market of methyl methacrylate were presented. The problems existed in china were analyzed. It was suggested that companies should optimize production technology and develop high quality products.
