摘要
根据食品中镍含量测定的原理和步骤建立数学模型,应用不确定度评定方法对氢化植物油中镍含量测量结果进行不确定度分析与评估,最终得出其镍含量的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。该方法测定氢化植物油中镍含量的合成不确定度uc=0.046,扩展不确定度U=0.092,由标准曲线拟合校准得出C0时所引入的标准不确定度明显大于其他分量引入的标准不确定度。
According to the experiment principle and experimental procedure for the Ni determination of foods, mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty. The measurement uncertainty of the content of Ni in hydrogenated vegetable oil was evaluated based on the theory of uncertainty determination. At the end, the uncertainty of synthetical standards and the expanded uncertainty of Ni were analyzed and determined. The uncertainty of synthetical standards of Ni in hydrogenated vegetable oil was uc = 0. 046 and expanded uncertainty of Ni was U = 0. 092. By analyzing the Ni uncertainty in hydrogenated vegetable oil, the result showed that the calibration curve fit to get CO was greater than that of others on the standard uncertainty
