红光照射促进切口愈合的观察与研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评价红光照射在外科患者术后切口愈合过程中的效果。方法:2012年1月至2012年12月对我院外科手术后的150例患者按随机数字表法分为两组(n=75),两组切口的处理方法除红光照射外均相同,分为红光照射治疗组(简称治疗组)和单纯常规换药组(简称对照组),分别观察并记录两组患者术后7天的切口愈合情况。结果:两组患者切口愈合差异有统计学意义(x2=4.89,P<0.05)。结论:红光照射能促进切口愈合,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
