摘要
引入物元和可拓集理论,结合肯特评分法和层次分析法,建立了城市燃气管道风险等级评定的计算模型,确定了燃气管道主要风险因素,即第三方破坏、腐蚀因素、设计因素和操作管理因素等,以及各项风险特征评分及其权重赋值的方法,并设计编制了计算程序运用于实例计算。结果表明基于物元和可拓集合理论的评定方法对燃气管道的风险评定是可行性和有效性的,计算程序既验证了人工计算结果,又方便了多个区域多个评价单元的管道风险等级评定,增强了实际应用性,为城市燃气管道的风险等级评定提供了新的、有效途径。
The matter-element and extension set theory was introduced to study and analyze the gas pipe- line risk characteristics~ the calculation model of city gas pipeline risk rating was established~ the main risk factors were determined, namely the third party, the corrosion damage factors, the design factors and the operation management factors. The calculation model and mathematics functions of the gas pipeline risk rating are ensured and the risk rating results for taking an example of 3 evaluation units in some pipelines of A Gas Pipeline Company are obtained. The result shows that the rating method based on the matter - element and extension set theory is feasible and effective for gas pipeline risk assessment. The Visual Basic program not only verifies the artificial calculation but also is convenient for risk rating in multiple areas and multiple evaluation unit of gas pipeline, the practical application is enhanced, and a new and effective way is provided for risk rating of city gas pipeline.
