摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法,对四川地区开展竞技篮球的四所高校五支篮球队进行调查发现:四川地区开展竞技篮球的高校少,地域过于集中,未形成良性竞争;各高校篮球队整体竞技水平不高,成绩已处低谷,呈逐步下滑趋势;运动员来源单一,以"学生运动员"为主,竞技能力差;教练员以体育教师为主,学历、职称低,运动经历少,缺乏训练经验;存在着制度建设滞后、领导重视不够、经费少、招生不畅、"学训矛盾"突出、训练不系统、正式比赛少等方面不足并制约着四川高校篮球的进一步发展,针对制约发展的主要因素提出发展建议,旨在为四川地区高校竞技篮球运动的健康、快速、可持续发展提供理论参考.
This paper uses such methods as literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews to research the five teams from 4 univeristies which conduct competitive basketball activities in Sichuan region, and find some problems that hold back the development of competitive basketball activities there, such as poor competitive ability, inadequacy in coaches, lack of fund. And some countermeasures are suggested for a healthy development of such activities in this region.
