基于用水总量控制的关中地区“十二五”末节水指标研究 被引量:2

摘要 对关中地区2005—2010年六年用水水平进行分析,农业灌溉用水量和工业万元用水量均表现为下降趋势,城镇生活用水量随着节水意识的推广呈下降趋势,农村生活用水量随着生活水平的提高趋于平稳。在遵循最严格的水资源管理制度目标前提下,参考节水型社会建设规划,建立了"十二五"末关中地区用水节水指标和约束条件下需水计算,并对区域供水工程规模进行预测。 Based on analyzing the water-using level in Guanzhong Region near six years from 2005 to 2010, the agricultural irrigation water and industrial water consumption for ten thousand yuan are characterized by a declining trend. The urban life-water quantity appears to be a downward trend with the promotion of water-saving awareness, and the rural life- water quantity appears to be stable along with the improvement of living standards. Followed the most strict water resources management system, and referred to the water-saving society construction planning, the water-using index and water-saving index in Guanzhong Region at the end of the "12th Five-year Plan" are established, and the water requirement under restricted conditions is calculated, then the scale of regional water supply engineering is predicted. The results show that the water-saving index of the "12th Five-year Plan" and regional water-using structure change tendency would agree with the pattern of economic and social development and the water demand in the future, the regional water demand could satisfy the water saving constraints, and the water-saving index is reasonable and achievable.
