美浓霉素体外抗弓形虫作用的效果观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的 观察美浓霉素体外抗弓形虫的效果。方法 将弓形虫RH株速殖子加入体外培养的HeLa细胞中 ,分别用不同浓度的美浓霉素及美浓霉素加乙胺嘧啶处理 ,并设置阳、阴性对照 ,48h至 96h取出培养细胞 ,固定染色后观察细胞感染染率及每个纳虫泡中弓形虫速殖子的数量 ,以判断药物效果。结果 美浓霉素有较理想的抗弓形虫效果 ,且与药物浓度呈正相关 ;延长给药时间不能提高抗弓形虫效果 ;美浓霉素与乙胺嘧啶联合使用效果更理想 ,可完全杀灭培养细胞中的弓形虫。结论 美浓霉素为一种良好的抗弓形虫药物 。 Aim\ To observe the effect of minocycline against Toxoplasma tachyzoites in vitro. Methods\ After the inoculation of Toxoplasma gondii (RH strain) tachyzoites into the cultured HeLa cells, the culture was treated with different concentration of minocycline or the combnation of minocycline and pyrimethamine, at the same time, the positive and negative control groups were set up. Forty eight to 96 h later, the cultured cells were taken out, fixed and stained. The infected rate and the number of Toxoplasma tachyzoite per parasitophorous vacuole were observed. Result\ The effect of minocycline against Toxoplasma was quite satisfactory, and the parasiticidal effect was positively related to the concentration of the drug, but when prolonged the drug treatment time to 96h,the effect was not better than 72h group. The combination of minocycline and pyrimethamine was the most effective and the parasites could be killed totally. Conclusion\ Minocycline is a good anti-toxoplasma drug and the joint treatment of monocycline with pyrimethamine can get more satisfactory effect.
