摘要
目的探讨联合应用硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效。方法选取2009年8月—2011年7月该院收治的妊娠期高血压患者80例进行回顾性分析,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组40例,观察组联合应用硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁治疗,对照组仅采用硫酸镁治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗后血压较治疗前明显改善,观察组血压控制比对照组明显(P<0.05)。观察组在自然分娩率上明显高于对照组,在剖宫产率上明显低于对照组,在妊娠结局和不良反应情况发生上明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压治疗效果显著。
Objective To investigate the joint application of nifedipine GITS, phentolamine and magnesium sulfate, the efficacy of the treatment of high blood pressure during pregnancy. Methods 80 cases June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital patients with gestational hypertension were retrospectively analyzed, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 patients in each the observation group combined nifedipine The controlled-release tablets, phentolamine and magnesium sulfate treatment control group treated with magnesium sulfate, were observed treatment effect. Results After treatment, blood pressure than before treatment significantly improved blood pressure control of the- observation group was significantly （P〈0.05） than the control group; observation group was significantly higher than the rate of natural childbirth, cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05） on pregnancy outcomes and adverse happens. Conclusion The combination of nifedipine GITS, phentolamine and magnesium sulfate treatment of gestational hypertension treatment effect is significant.
