摘要
目的 探讨高龄老年人 (80岁以上 )白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入的临床疗效。方法 对 5 6例 (6 5眼 )高龄老年人白内障施行巩膜隧道切口的超声乳化。乳化时间平均 2′48″ ,超声能量平均 41 2 %。结果 术后 1日、1周、1月视力≥0 5者分别为 5 3 8%、78 5 %、90 5 %。术后 3月视力≥ 1 0者占 49 2 %。主要并发症为角膜水肿 (33 8% )及后囊破裂 (7 7% )。未见全身性并发症发生。结论 该手术对高龄白内障为安全。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in advanced aged patients with cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification was performed on 65 eyes of 56 patients with cataract in advanced aged patients through scleral tunnel incision. Average phaco time was 2′48″ and ultrasonic energy was 41.2%. Results Postoperatively,the visual acuity 0.5 or better at 1 day,1 week,1 month was in 53.8%,78.5%,90.5%.Three months after surgery,49.2% reached the vision of 1.0.The major complications were corneal edema (33.8%) and rupture of posterior capsule (7.7%). No general complication was observed. Conclusion This operation is a safe,reliable visual recovering measure in advanced aged patients with cataract.
