Advances of epigenetic mechanism of congenital heart disease

摘要 表观遗传学研究的是除DNA序列改变以外的,在基因表达过程中产生的可遗传的改变。表观遗传学调控机制涉及DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑和非编码RNA调控等方面。大量实验研究证明:在心脏发育过程中的表观遗传调控异常可能是导致先天性心脏病的原因。该文从表观遗传学调控所涉及的四个方面探讨先天性心脏病的表观遗传机制进展。 Epigenetics refers to the heritable changes in gene expression without an alteration in the DNA sequence of the genome. Epigenetic mechanism involves DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin remodeling, non-coding RNA regulation and so on. Many experimental investigations indicate that the abnormali-ties in epigenetic regulation during cardiac development may be responsible for the progression of congenital car-diac disease. Based on the four aspects of epigenetic regulation above, this review mainly discusses the advances of epigenetie mechanism of congenital heart disease.
