摘要
针对空气源热泵在多工况下压缩机频繁启停造成的能耗和压缩机直流变速控制在不同工况下良好的转换特性,通过研究,设计了满足空调和生活热水两种不同工况的直流变速控制空气源热泵。对机组的主要部件进行了分析并实施控制策略。通过机组的可行性实验,得出如下结论:机组双工况之间可自由切换,机组在制冷、制热工况下,不同的压缩机频率运行可满足使用负荷的需求,运行平稳、节能。
For air heat pump,with energy consumption caused by the compressor’s starting and stopping frequently under multiple conditions,and good conversion characteristics of DC variable speed control compressor in different conditions,a DC variable speed control air heat pump is designed to meet two different conditions-air conditioning and hot water for life.The main parts are studied,and the controlling strategy is implemented.Through the experiment of unit,it concludes the unit can be switched freely between the two conditions,and satisfy the load demand with different compressor’s frequency under the refrigeration or heating mode,with stable and energy-saving running.
