摘要
用Marc对热连轧37Mn5钢棒材的应力、应变、温度以及轧制力等参数的变化特点进行有限元数值模拟,分析连轧棒材孔型对轧材质量缺陷的影响,根据模拟结果对热连轧棒材的孔型方案进行优化,达到提高轧材质量的目的.
The finite element numerical simulation is used to analyze the variation characteristic of stress, strain, temperature and rolling force during the continuous roiling process for 37Mn5 steel round bar by Marc. The effect of roll pass sequence on the rolled defects is analyzed. According to the simulation results, the roll pass sequence scheme of continuous rolling is optimized to improve the quality of rolled round bar.
