急性胰腺炎细胞凋亡的分子调控 被引量:3

摘要 急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)具有较高的发病率和病死率,15%-25%患者可进展为重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP),多伴发急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)、全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)和多器官功能衰竭(multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)等严重并发症,SAP的病死率高达10%。24%,但到目前为止还没有治疗SAP的有效办法。炎症和实质细胞死亡是AP的标志,既往AP的研究多集中在细胞因子及炎症介质上,胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡作为AP发病过程中一个主要病理反应,受许多蛋白的调控。在目前重症胰腺炎治疗效果不佳的情况下,研究胰腺炎发病时介导胰腺腺泡细胞凋亡的蛋白水平调控,对于寻找新的治疗靶点,开发新的治疗策略有重要意义。
