摘要
对GTZ—5果园多功能作业机的液压系统进行了分析说明,根据可靠性工程的可靠度基本理论,建立了液压系统的可靠性逻辑框图模型。通过该模型,对系统进行了可靠度的分析与计算,利用MATLAB得到了不同环境系数下各子系统部分可靠度和整个液压系统可靠性曲线图。最后,得出了一些研究作业机液压系统可靠性的结论。
The hydraulic system of the GTZ-5 multi-functional operations of the orchard was analyzed and explained by the articles,reliability block diagram of the hydraulic system logic model was built on the theory of reliability engineering reliability。 According to the model,the system reliability analysis and calculation were executed,the reliability of expression was analyzed though MATLAB,then each subsystem reliability and the entire hydraulic system reliability under different environmental factor graph were obtained。 Finally,It is obtained that some of the research conclusions of the multi-function operating machine’ s hydraulic system reliability.
