摘要
为研究异物刺激对肉鸡机体抗菌物质活性的影响。测定了大肠杆菌诱导后肉鸡白细胞粗提物活性变化,分别对大肠杆菌诱导前和诱导后的健康肉鸡进行采血,血液红细胞溶胀、离心后,各取含1×107个白细胞的溶液经超声波破碎,10%(V/V)乙酸浸提、旋转蒸发,获得白细胞粗提物,采用微量琼脂扩散法测定粗提物的抗菌活性。结果表明,所得到的白细胞粗提物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均表现抑制作用,诱导后的粗提物比诱导前具有更强的抗菌活性。大肠杆菌诱导增强了肉鸡白细胞粗提物的抗菌活性。
To test the influence of E. coli induction on the antimicrobial activity of body's antibiont, the change of the activity of crude extract from leukocytes of broiler chickens induced by E. coli was investigated. The healthy broiler chickens were injected with E. coli and ddH2O,respectively. Leukocytes were isolated from whole blood of the broiler chickens by swelling erythrocytes and centrifugation. The leukocytes were disrupted by ultrasonic and its crude extract was acquired by extraction with 10% (V/V) acetic acid and rotary evaporation. The efficacy of the crude extract was detected by trace agar diffusion method. All the crude extract could inhibit the growth of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the crude extract from leukocytes of broiler chickens in- duced by E. coli revealed better inhibitor activity than the crude extract of normal broiler chickens' blood. The results indicate that the activity of the crude extract was enhanced by the induction of E. coll.
