摘要
颅内进展性出血性损伤(PHI)是导致颅脑损伤患者高病死率和高致残率的重要原因,目前临床上对于PHI患者CT复查时机尚无一权威的科学界定。PHI出现时机体病理生理变化复杂,部分的凝血指标一定程度上可反映出继发性出血后机体的病理生理变化,因此,早期诊断PHI对于减少致残率和死亡率尤为重要,并可为临床上寻找积极有效的治疗措施和预测转归提供理论依据。
Progressive hemorrhagic injury (PHI) is an important reason leading to high mortality and high morbidity in patients with traumatic brain injury.The PHI timing of CT scans in patients with clinical, yet an authoritative scientific definition. PHI after body pathophysiological changes in complex, coagulation indicators to some extent reflects the pathophysiological changes in the secondary bleeding after the body, therefore, early diagnosis of PHI is particularly important for reducing morbidity and mortality, and can clinically looking for a positive and effective treatment measures and predict outcomes provide a theoretical basis.
