摘要
结合西部农村地区的实际情况,对新课程背景下农村小学语文教师的课堂教学设计开展了培训:培训以问题为主线、以活动为中心,通过让参训者观摩教学课例、分组研讨、互动交流、课堂教学实践及反思,形成了多样化的学习共同体,同时对培训的效果进行了检验。通过培训的实践与反思,有助于农村小学语文教师"课堂教学设计"培训方案技能提高。
Based on the actual situation of rural areas in the western region, we carried out classroom instructional design training for rural primary school teachers of Chinese under the background of new curriculum. This training, with problems as the main line and with activities as the center, formed a diverse learning community by allowing the trainees to observe teaching cases, have group discussions, interact and have classroom teaching practice and reflections. The outcomes of the training were assessed. The training practice and reflections win help improve training plan of classroom instructional design for rural primary school teachers of Chinese.
