摘要
基于产品生命周期的环境性评价体系是绿色设计和绿色制造中的重要组成部分之一 ,许多传统的环境性评价体系诸如生命周期评价、环境影响评价等都没有反映生产企业和用户最关心的成本和性能等因数。提出面向产品生命周期的多指标评价体系 ,以综合评价产品或设计方案的优劣性 ,并在综合指数法的基础上提出了矢量投影法作为评价方法。
The environmental assessment system based life cycle is an important part of “Green Design” and “Green Manufacturing”. Many traditional environmental assessment system such as “Life Cycle Assessment”(LCA) and 'Environmental Impact Assessment'(EIA) are not sensitive to the product cost and product performance, which are the focuses of the companies' and the users' attention. In this article, a multi-object assessment system based life cycle is proposed to synthetically assess the products or design projects, which includes three attributes: Environment, Cost and Performance. And based on the Integrative Index Method, we put forward the Vector Projection Method.
