摘要
针对GB/T 24252—2009《蚕丝被》国家标准中存在的一些不能完全涵盖生产实际的不足之处,从检测实施的角度入手,结合检测工作经验,从原料要求、安全要求、使用要求三方面对蚕丝被标准中的主要质量指标进行了分析与评价。认为标准应增加对短纤维含量的要求,提出丝绵长度的具体检测方法,明确异味种类,改进含杂率的检测方法,严格控制蚕丝被的pH值,根据面料选用胎套耐皂洗色牢度试验条件,增加蚕丝被的附件要求,提高填充物的阻燃性能要求,降低填充物质量偏差率的上限,分情况考核蚕丝被水洗尺寸变化率,进一步规范蚕丝被的标识等。
In allusion to some deficiencies that cannot fully cover actual production in GB/T 24252-2009 Silk Quilt national standard,this paper analyzes and evaluates primary quality indicators in silk quilt standard in three aspects-raw material,safety and use requirements from the perspective of test implementation in combination with test work experience and considers that the standard should add requirements for the content of staple fiber,put forward the specific test method of silk floss length,define smelly types,improve the test method of trash content,strictly controls pH value of silk quilt,choose fastness to soaping test conditions of padding cover according to fabric,add additional requirements for silk quilt,improve the requirement for flame retardation of filler,reduce the upper limit of quality deviation ratio of filler,check the dimensional stability to washing of silk quilt as appropriate and further standardize identification of silk quilt etc.
