摘要
酒店管理专业的现状与酒店业居高不下的人才流失率一直是困扰专业发展的瓶颈,其中关键因素就是酒店管理专业学生实习就业的困惑。转换企业和学院的视角,从以人为本的角度剖析酒店管理专业实习基地建设与管理存在的问题,采取优选实习单位、加强制度管理、选派专职教师、对学生进行差异化管理等措施,可以达到学生、学校、企业三方共赢的目的。
It is always the bottleneck of worrying the development of hotel management major because of the present condition of this major and the higher proportion of lost talents in hotel industry.The key factor is the confusion of students' practical training and employment in this major.Changing the view of enterprises and colleges,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the construction and management for practical training in this major with people orientation.It adopts optimized practical training enterprises to strengthen system management.It also chooses professional teachers to take difference management for students.Therefore,it can achieve win-win goal of students,colleges and enterprises.
