摘要
利用CFD软件模拟计算轨道车辆不同空气层厚度的玻璃窗的K值,对其进行隔热性能分析,找出保温性能最佳的空气层厚度。然后进行无窗、单层窗和双层窗对整车保温性能影响的比较。证明双层玻璃窗的保温性能远远高于单层窗的保温性能,且保温性能随空气层厚度的增加先提高后降低,在15mm时达到最优。
Using CFD to calculate the value of K of the rail vehicle by different thickness of the air layer glazing, and analyse its insulation performance to identify the optimum thickness of the air layer of insulation performance .Then analyse the body insulation performance of rail vehicle with no window, a single window and double window. Proving the insulation performance of double-glazed windows is much higher than that of the single window. And for the double windows, insula- tion performance is optimal when the thickness of the air layer is 15mm.
