摘要
利用有限元软件ADINA分析了大型LNG储罐外罐的受力变形及裂缝开展情况,提出了储罐在内罐泄漏状态下,外罐环向预应力筋的一般设计方法,并且分析了在内罐泄漏状态时如果外罐出现裂缝,裂缝的形态以及分布情况。最后提出了一种控制裂缝的优化设计思想,为储罐外罐设计优化提供参考。
This paper uses the FEM software ADINA to analysis the force deformation and crack de velopment of the outer wall of a large LNG storage tank. The general design method for circular pres tressed reinforcement of the outer tank in inner tank leakage state is proposed. The fracture morphology and distribution are also analyzed if cracks appear in the outer tank. Finally, this paper presents the op timization design idea for Controlling cracks, which provides valuable reference to optimal design of the outer tank.
