摘要 通过正交试验设计,研究了在智能化控制条件下小叶榉枝条年龄、粗度和KF8生根剂溶液浸渍时间对枝条扦插的影响。结果表明,小叶榉枝条年龄、粗度及KF8生根剂溶液浸渍时间对插穗生根及生长的影响明显,各因素的最佳组合为采用一年生枝条、枝条粗度1.0~1.5 cm、KF8生根剂溶液的浸渍时间60 s,在育苗床上扦插后由计算机实施智能化控制管理,则插穗的生根及生长效果最佳,生根率最高可达86.3%。其中智能化控制参数分别是插穗活化期、愈伤期的温度在18~25℃、空气相对湿度在90%以上;生根期的温度在25℃左右、空气相对湿度在80%~85%;炼苗期的温度在18~30℃。并要及时给扦插基质补充营养液。 The effects of branch age,diameter and KF8 rooting solution soaking time on cuttage of Zelkova sinica Schneider branches under intelligent controlled conditions were studied by orthogonal experimental design.Results showed that branch age,diameter and KF8 solution dipping time had obvious effect on rooting and growth of Z.sinica branch cuttings.The optimum combination of the factors was using 1-year-old shoots,diameter of branch at 1.0~1.5 cm,maceration time in KF8 solution for 60 s.If managed by intelligent control through computer after cutting on the nursery,the rooting and growth effects of cuttings were the best,as the rooting rate was up to 86.3%.Intelligent control parameters were,during the activation period and callus period of cuttings,the temperature at 18~25 ℃,relative air humidity above 90%;during root period,temperature at about 25 ℃,relative air humidity at 80%~85%;and during seedling adaptation period,temperature at 18~30 ℃.And substrate nutrition liquid in cutting substrate should be supplied in time.
