摘要
我国高等教育的发展既给高校带来了机遇也带来了挑战，为了提高市场竞争力，许多高校选择了“量产式”的本科培养模式。这种方式在一定程度上能够短时间缓解高校面临的竞争压力，但长此以往将遗成许多难以弥补的负面效应。各高校只有深入了解这种培养模式的本质，产生原因及其可能造成的后果。才能谋求一条更加长远的发展之路。
The development of higher education in China has not only brought opportunities but also challenges to all the universities and colleges.In order to improve the market competitiveness,quite a lot of universities adopt a so called"Mass Production"style of Undergraduate Training Mode.This kind of training mode,to some extent,could alleviate the competition pressure in a short period of time,but would definitely cause negative effect in the future.Only if the universities have a deep understanding of its nature、causes and consequences,can they seek for a long-term development.
