摘要
目的:建立武打将军酒中薄荷脑含量测定方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为stabiwax-DA石英毛细管柱(30m×0.53 mm×0.25μm),载气为氮气,水杨酸甲酯为内标物,FID检测器,检测器温度为250℃,进样口的温度为250℃,柱温160℃,分流进样,分流比(10∶1)。结果:薄荷脑和水杨酸甲酯能达到良好分离;薄荷脑的线性范围0.20~1.20mg.ml-1(r=0.9996);薄荷脑的回收率98.28%。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于武打将军酒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of menthol in Wudajianjun lquor. Methods: Using capillary gas chromatography , column was stabiwax- DA fused silica capillary column (30 m × 0. 53 mm × 0. 25 μm), contained gas was nitrogen, methyl salicylate as an internal standard and FID detector, the detector temperature 250 ℃, inlet temperature of 250 ℃, column temperature 160 ℃, split injection, split ratio (10:1 ) . Results: Menthol and methyl salicylate can achieve good separation; the menthol linear range 0. 20 ~ 1.20mg. ml-1 (r =0. 9996) ; menthol recovery was 98. 28%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for Wudajianjun liquor quality control.
