摘要
系统采用新型高速8051单片机为测控核心,利用单总线数字温度传感器18B20设计了多点温度巡回检测系统,为实现大面积温度测控,系统还扩展了CAN总线控制器和无线收发模块;在软件设计部分,详细描述了如何利用1T单片机的1位IO接口实现单总线时序,完成多片18B20的读写操作;经试验测试,系统工作稳定可靠,实现了设计的技术指标,性价比高;即可以单机应用于多点温度监测,也为大规模温度测控局域网络提供了一款低成本、使用灵活的监测终端。
The system uses a high speed single--chip computer as the core, designs the multi--temperature measurement instrument with sensors of digital temperature, extends CAN--BUS controller and wireless transceiver modular. It descriptions how to achieve 1--wire bus timing by using the single--chip computer of single machine cycle, complete the operation of multi--chip 18B20 . This system has been successfully developed. It is simple to operate and its application is flexible The instrument can conduct monitoring and control for multi-- temperature, which provides a low construction cost, remote monitoring terminal for large scale temperature monitoring LAN.
