摘要 为了更好地操纵和控制同一系统中的两台异步电动机,提出F2812为核心、F2812与MT6056i触摸屏通信为基础的双电机变频器设计方案;此设计充分发挥了两者的功能优势,采取了F2812两事件管理器交替操作的数据刷新,运用SCI中的FIFO功能实现F2812的CPU按批进行通信数据的接收和发送,紧凑、定长的自定义报文协议,触摸屏宏指令编程实现的主从通信等多项措施,以保证通信效果,提升系统总体性能;实验表明,该方案可有效解决F2812与MT6056i之间的通信问题,使双电机变频器运行平稳、操作方便、界面美观。 In order to manipulate and control two asynchronous motors of the same system better, double--motor inverter design is put forward that the F2812 is the core, communication between F2812 and MT6056i touch screen is the basis. This design gives full play to the functional advantages of both, in which a number of measures are adopted that two event managers of the F2812 alternately operate to refresh the data, using FIFO function in SCI the CPU of the F2812 receives and sends communication data in batches, compact and fixed length rues sage protocol is custom, touch 9creen macro programming achieves the master--slave communication, to ensure the effect of their communi- cation and enhance overall system performance. The experiment shows that the design can effectively solve the communication problem between F2812 and MT6056i, to make the double motor inverter smooth running, convenient operation, beautiful interface.
