电磁线圈炮测控系统软件研究与设计

摘要 电磁线圈炮试验过程的特殊性对其测控系统软件性能要求很高,而传统测控软件在通信速率、可靠性和实时性等方面都难以满足电磁线圈炮测控要求。针对这一问题,研究了电磁线圈炮实际测控需求,利用LabWindows/CVI结合标准C语言设计基于CAN总线通信协议的电磁线圈炮测控软件,软件采用客户机/服务器网络体系结构,主要测控资源由数据库管理,同时符合模块化开发要求,具有良好的可扩展性。实际应用表明该软件响应性能良好,网络通信传输速率快,具有较高的实时性和可靠性。 The test process of Electromagnetic eoilgun is particular. For this reason, its measurement and control software must have high performance. However, traditional measurement and control software is not satisfied with these requests in communication velocity, reliability and real--time capability. Aimed at this problem, the actual measurement and control request of Electromagnetic eoilgun are studied. LabWindows/CVI and ANSI C are used to design this software, which is based on CAN bus agreement. This software adopts Client/Server network structure, the main measurement and control resources are administered by database. This software is modularized, and has well expansibility. The application result indicates that this software's response ability is excellent, and it also meets the high rate communication requirement and has high reliability and real--time performance.
