摘要 为确定霍州煤电李雅庄2-603工作面邻近采空区顶板走向高抽巷的合理高度,依据瓦斯在工作面及采空区的运移规律,运用Fluent软件模拟多工况条件下工作面和采空区瓦斯浓度分布情况。经分析模拟结果获得竖直方向高度为综采工作面底板上方20 m,并在李雅庄矿2-603工作面进行现场试验;分析试验效果可得:Fluent数值模拟的方法对确定顶板走向高位抽放巷位置是适用的,采空区上部布置合理的顶板走向高位抽放巷具有抽放瓦斯浓度高、瓦斯抽放量大及稳定性高的优越性,能较好地解决工作面和上隅角瓦斯超限问题,确保煤矿高效、安全生产。 To get the reasonable height of high-level gas drainage roadway along the roof strike and adjacent to goaf of 2-603 working face in Liyazhuang Mine of Huozhou Coal and Electric Co. , gas concentration distribution of working face and gob in complex conditions was simulated by using Fluent software on the basis of the migration rule of gas on the working face and goaf. By analyzing the simula-tion results,the vertical height is 20 m over the floor of fully-mechanized working face,field test was also carried out on 2-603 working face of Liyazhuang Coal Mine. Results of the test show that,the simulation method using Fluent software is suitable for determining the position of high-level gas drainage roadway along the roof strike. Reasonable arrangement of high-level gas drainage roadway on the roof strike over the gob has the following advantages:high gas drainage concentration, large gas drainage quantity and high stability, can well solve the problems of gas overrun on working face and in upper corner, and ensure the high efficiency and safety production.
