摘要
目的:了解肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿心肌损害的发生率,探讨肺炎支原体患儿血清心肌酶变化及其临床意义。方法:对临床确诊为MPP患儿(MP组)62例,细菌性肺炎患儿(nMP组)80例,进行心电图检查、心肌酶测定,并对MP组中有心肌酶升高患儿于治疗2周后复查,观察其变化情况。结果:肺炎急性期MP组心肌酶(LDH、HDBH、CK、CK-MB)均高于nMP组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗2周后复查,心肌酶各项指标大部分降至正常。结论:MPP患儿大都伴有不同程度的心肌损害,且程度重于细菌性肺炎患儿。经积极抗支原体及改善心肌代谢治疗,MP引发的心肌损害大部分恢复正常,提示MPP所致心肌损害预后良好。
Objective:To study the incidence rate of myocardial injury in mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and investigate the changes of the myocardial enzymes in the blood serum of the children infected with mycoplasma pneumoniae,and to clarify the importance of the clinical treatments.Methods:We studied sixty-two cases children confirmed with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MP group) and eighty cases children with bacterial pneumonia(nMP group).The myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram were tested,And the MP group have increased myocardial enzymes in the treatment of children with 2 weeks after review,observe the changes.Results:myocardial enzyme of MP group during acute stage of pneumonia neonates(LDH,HDBH,CK,CK-MB)are higher than the nMP group,the difference between these two groups have statistical significance(P〈0.05),most of the myocardial enzyme index were decreased to normal by review after 2 weeks treatment.Concolution:Most of the MPP children with different degree of myocardial damage,and is much heavier than children with bacterial pneumonia.MP cause myocardial damage most recovered by treatment of active anti mycoplasma and improve myocardial metabolic,it is indicating that the myocardial damage induce by MPP have a good effect after prognosis.
