摘要
在小松H1F60型压力机上对Fe-Mn-Si系孪晶诱发塑性钢(TWIP钢-twinning induced plasticity)进行圆筒件冲压,获得不同状态的圆筒件,并对断口及断口附近的组织进行观察。利用冲压模拟软件Dynafom5.7对TWIP钢圆筒件冲压成形进行计算机辅助模拟,拟合得到试验用TWIP钢的成形极限曲线,并对模拟结果作进一步实际冲压验证。研究结果表明:TWIP钢冲压圆筒件断口附近含有大量形变孪晶,断口上产生有"嵌套式"韧窝;利用拟合的成形极限曲线模拟TWIP钢冲压可以较好地反映其实际冲压情况。
The blanks of the twinning induced plasticity steel were stamped into different states of cylinder parts on the Komatsu H1F60 presses. The structures of the fracture and near the fracture were observed. The stamping of cylinder parts of the TWIP steels were simulated by the Dynafom5.7 software. Fitting the experimental data and the FLC_Keeler model in Dynafom5. 7 software, the forming limit curve of the TWIP steel was obtained and verified in the Komatsu H1F60 presses. The results showed that there were a large number of deformation twins near the fracture, and "nested" dimples on the fracture of the TWIP steel. The simulation using the fitting forming limit curve could reflect well the actual stamping.
