摘要
为实现六自由度平台的机、电、液系统一体化虚拟样机设计,提出基于ADAMS与AMESim联合仿真技术的虚拟样机建模与仿真方法,运用ADAMS软件建立了平台机械系统多体动力学模型,采用AMESim软件建立液压系统与控制系统模型,并实现了两软件的接口设置。通过联合仿真,分析了六自由度机械、液压系统的动态特性,优化了系统参数设计,为实际物理样机设计、制造提供了依据。
To realize virtual prototype design for Stewart platform, a co-simulation method based on ADAMS and AMESim was put forward. The mechanical model of this platform was built in ADAMS. The hydraulic and control system model was accomplished in AMESim. The interface port between the two simulation softwares was set. Through co-simulation, the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical and hydraulic system were analyzed. The system parameters were set and optimized which provided a reference for real sys- tem design and manufacturing.
