支撑喉镜下CO_2激光治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床疗效分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨显微支撑喉镜下CO2激光治疗早期声门型喉癌的有效性及安全性。方法:回顾性分析58例接受CO2激光显微外科治疗早期声门型喉癌患者的临床资料。结果:所有患者均顺利接受手术,术后随访5年,53例患者存活,失访2例(按死亡计算),死亡3例,5年生存率91.4%(53/58),局部复发率为13.8%(8/58),其中前联合受累者复发率30%(3/10),喉功能保留率为94.8%。结论:支撑喉镜下CO2激光手术能有效治疗早期声门型喉癌。 Objective:To explore the security and effectiveness of CO2 Laser in the suspension laryngoscope for treatment of early glottic carcinoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 5B cases of early glottic carcinoma per- formed CO2 lasermicrosurgery in our hospital. Results:All patients were successfully undergone surgery and followed up for 5 years. There were 53 patients survived,2 patients were lost to follow-up (based on the number of deaths)and 3 pa- tients were dead. Five-year survival rates was 91.4% (53/58) ,local recurrence rate was 13.8% (8/58), Violations be- fore the joint disease recurrence rate was 30% (3/10) ,laryngeal function rate was 94.8%. Conclusion: CO2 lasermicro- surgery is an effective treatment modalities for the early glottie carcinoma.
