摘要经前路颈椎间盘切除融合内固定术（anteriorcervicaldiscectomyandfusion，ACDF）是治疗颈椎间盘退变所致颈椎病的经典术式，大多数患者获得了较满意的临床效果，但在临床实践中发现ACDF术后存在颈椎活动度下降、融合临近节段加速退变等问题。非融合技术是基于这一问题的解决，既保持了脊柱活动度，使之更加接近生理状态，又有效避免或延缓了融合手术后相邻节段退变的发生，是脊柱外科技术发展的趋势。
