肿瘤干细胞的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 现今肿瘤的转移与复发是导致肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因,人们在肿瘤方面的研究方面也有了一个飞跃,随着研究的深入,发现肿瘤与干细胞之间关系密切,Reya认为肿瘤干细胞(tumor stem cell,TSC)是肿瘤细胞中小部分细胞具有自我更新及分化的能力,并维持肿瘤的形成及生长的细胞,这一小部分细胞被称为肿瘤干细胞。随着越来越多的实验研究,肿瘤干细胞对癌症的诊断、治疗和预后方面都有重要意义。
