摘要 随着社会与经济的快速发展,水土资源合理配置问题已是当前热点。水土资源配置具有多目标性,选择合理可行的求解方法就成为该问题的研究重点。遗传算法是一种模拟生物自然选择与进化机制的全局性概率搜索算法,对解决此类优化计算问题具有独特的优越性,其中利用多目标遗传算法(MOGA)求解Pareto最优解集的方法已应用于诸多方面。根据可持续发展理论,以经济、社会和生态环境效益三者最优作为目标函数,建立约束条件,采用基于并列选择的多目标遗传算法构建水土资源配置模型,并以东台市为例进行研究,以达到水土资源充分与协调利用的目的。 With the fast development of economy, the problem of water and soil resources optimal allocation has been a hot topic now. Because of the multiple objectives, how to select a reasonable and feasible solution is urgent. Genetic algorithm is a global proba- bility searching method of imitating natural selection and evolutionary mechanism, which has unique superiority in optimal calcula- tion. And MOGA has been applied in many aspects to educe the Pareto optimal solution sets. This paper establishes the objective functions based on economic, social and ecological benefits and constraint conditions by using the water and soil resources allocation theory of the sustainable development. -And then the Dongtai City model is established by the parataetic. And muhi-objective genetic algorithm is selected to realize the full and coordinate utilization of water and soil resources.
