摘要
在盘式制动器图纸的基础上,建立了其三维模型。根据摩擦生热的理论,应用有限元软件Abaqus对制动盘进行了在紧急制动工况下的热结构耦合分析,得到了盘式制动器的温度场和应力场的重要信息。结果表明:在制动开始时,制动盘的温度场及应力场呈非轴对称分布,在制动结束时,制动盘的温度场及应力场接近于轴对称分布。
On the basis of drawing,this paper establishes a three-dimensional model of disc brake.According to frictional heat theory,and under emergency braking condition,thermal structural coupling of disc brake is conducted based on Abaqus software.Then,through simulation,it is easy to obtain important information about transient temperature field and the transient stress field in the whole process of the brake.The results show that,as brake time extending,the temperature field and stress field distribution shape of disc brake are changed from non-axis-symmetry to axisymmetric gradually.
