摘要 掘进巷道采用锚杆支护时,临时支护是必不可少的一道工序,其可靠与否直接影响锚杆支护作业的安全,临时支护技术是发展煤矿综合机械化掘进的关键因素之一。在掘进机上配置机载临时支护装置,从根本上改变了传统临时支护的功能和形式。通过有效地给顶板施加初撑力,避免了工人在空顶区作业,增加了锚护作业时工作人员的安全性;实现了锚网的机械化铺架,降低了工人的劳动强度;机载临时支护装置用时展开,不用时折叠,液压缸驱动,减少了支护辅助时间,提高了掘进效率,操作简易、方便;与不同样式掘进机有机结合,不影响掘进机自身性能。 Temporary supporting is a requisite working procedure for bolting work in fully mechanized mine roadway heading face.The reliability of temporary supporting affects directly safety of bolting work.Temporary supporting technology was one of the key factors that restricted fully mechanized mine roadway excavation.Adding a supporting device to the roadheader has totally changed the traditional supporting method.Because the device effectively supports the roof,the miners are no longer working in an unsupported area as usual,which dramatically improves the safety of a mine.With the help of the device,supporting metal net can also be easily put when it is necessary.It will stretch out when be used and will fold after using.It is hydraulically driven and very helpful to save time and improve efficiency of supporting.The device can be optionally added to the different boom-type roadheaders from EBZ100 to EBZ260.
